Drop Off - Pick Up Procedures - School Year 2023-2024
We have implemented new procedures for student drop off/pick up if your child does not ride the bus. We have extra staff to assist your child to get to the classroom in the morning. 

Drop Off
  • no student drop off before 7:45 am.
  • no student drop off at the west end (circle drive/turnaround area)
  • entrances are designated by grade.  Please watch the signs
  • NO ADULTS are allowed in the building
  • students may not walk a younger sibling to their classroom
  • Doors locked at 7:50 am.  Student must enter at main door by office after 7:50 am.
Pick Up 
  • Be on time.  
  • pick up time is staggered
  • NO ADULTS in the building
  • Pick up is at grade level doors which are labeled.
  • Option: West end/turnaround/circle drive IS available to pick up your child.  Do NOT wait for them at the door (W1)  They will walk out to your vehicle.
  • Please stand away from the door.  Students riding the bus will be the first to exit the building.  
Entrance and Exit Doors for the beginning of school day and end of school day
  • Kindergarten & 1st Grade - Door G1 (right side main door near office)
  • 2nd Grade - Door G2 (left side main door near office)
  • 3rd Grade - Door W6 (right of the kitchen, sidewalk near outside freezer)
  • 4th & 5th Grade - Door W5 (to the right of the 3rd grade door)
Dismissal Times (staggered)
  • Kindergarten - dismiss at 2:40
  • Grades 1, 3, 4 - dismiss at 2:45
  • Grades 2, 5 - dismiss at 2:48

        11:10 - All Grades
